One step at a time, and before you know it SONIC of Bloomington-Normal will be serving up ice cold cherry limeades and hot coney dogs!
But while construction on site continues, we will begin the application process. For the past few weeks, every Wednesday and Saturday, we have been setting up camp right next to the site accepting applications, passing out balloons to the kids, and selling SONIC t-shirts to benefit St. Jude Children's Hospital. This has given us the opportunity to meet with potential employees face-to-face and interact with the community personally. SONIC balloons may not seem like much of a prize, but this random act of kindness to a child is the kind of happiness SONIC wishes to bring to the Bloomington-Normal area for years to come. Not to mention the great cause we are donating proceeds to. 10% of all t-shirt sales go to aid St. Jude and their medical advancement.
So stop on out and visit us! Drop off an application, buy a t-shirt, get a balloon, or simply say 'HI'. Who knows, there may even be a coupon in it for you!!
